It’s only been a few days, but I am getting my step count up higher and higher with each passing day. Of course this doesn’t mean it is easy. It is weird how hard it is to walk around these days. With all of the distractions and activities that have you sitting on your rear, a person could say without getting laughed at that they don’t have time to take a walk.
But, it is laughable, if you think about it. Walking around should be mandatory. A failure to walk leaves all human beings weak and unhealthy. However, being healthy is free. After all it is free to walk around and there isn’t much money to be maid, so no one is going to be on you to walk around and get those muscles working, unless it is someone who cares about your health.[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6PaXWcRc-o[/embedyt]
And, there is no one better than can care about your health than you. You can feel it, after all. I have uploaded a video about my step count and taking a good walk. It appears that I am already feeling the impact of taking a lot time to walk. Step by step is the only way to do it.
I have an old Vivofit and it is doing the job, but I am in the market for something new that does a little more than just tracking steps. Soon, I will give the low down on what I see out there.
